1. What type of cars do you use?
The cars we use are: - Mercedes S-Class - Mercedes E-Class / Audi A6 - Citroen C8 - C5 / Ford Mondeo - Mercedes Viano / VW Caravelle (people carrier)

2. Where do I find the information necessary for my transfer?
The confirmation we send to you after receiving your reservation, contain all the information necessary for transfer and service details, our 24 hours contact details and specifications of where to find the driver.

3. What happens if my flight is delayed ?
We always wait for our clients. We check the details of every flight that we are waiting for so we know if there are any delays or problems and wil meet you when the flight actually arrives - even if it is early!

4. How do I find my car driver at the airport?
Your car driver will wait between the luggage hall and the arrival hall of your numeber flight.

5. What facilities do you have for small children?
Baby and child seats are availabe in your booking.

6. How much luggage can you fit in yours cars?
There is room for 2 large suitcases or 3 medium suitcases in a 5 seater car and up to 7 large suitcases in a minibus.

7. Are your cars and drivers insured?
All our cars have insurance according to the EU regulations and this covers both its drivers and passengers. We take our passenger safety very seriously.

8. Is this a 24 hours service?
Yes, it is, as long as you have confirmed reservation. We work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week without exception - even on public holidays! if you have any questions about cars service, then please feel free to from form contact or telefon number in header page o footer page.

9. What currency are your rates in?
All prices are quoted and charged in euro.

10. How do I know that I can trust Transfer2malaga.com and that it is a legal trustworthy company ?
Transfer2malaga.com is an internet trading brand of Autotransfer del sol s.l. is legally registered within Spain.

11. Can I change the date of my transfer?
Yes, if you e-mail from form contact, or call us till 1 day before.

12. Are all fares inclusive or will I be asked for extra money at the end of my transfer?
All our car fares are all pre-quoted so no haggling with the car driver and no unpleasant surprises when you reach you holiday destination.

13. Do I need to tip the driver?
The price quoted does not include gratuity. If you feel the driver has been helpful, courteous and friendly, then a small tip is normal.

14. Will the car driver help me with my luggage?
Of course. There is no struggling with your luggage at Malaga Airport or your holiday destination, as our car drivers are here to help.

15. Once my Airport Transfer booking has been accepted, do I need to confirm it?
No. Once we have your booking, all you need to do is look forward to your holiday.

16. When I can / should book my transfer?
We recommend that you make your reservation as soon as possible, but at least an advance of 24/48 hours is required to guarantee the availability of our services. Also if you want a transfer in less than 24 hours of course our team will try to do everything possible to organize it.

17. Does the driver stops and picks me up at my hotel / apartment / private address?
All our private transfers are "door to door" means that our driver will drop you off and pick always directly in your accommodation - whether a hotel or a private address - (if vehicle access possible).

18. Can I be provide an invoice for my company?
Without any problem. After making your reservation, please send an email to info@transfer2malaga.com with your reservation number and the data you want to appear on the invoice.

19. Will I receive a confirmation after making my reservation?
Of course. After booking your transfer, our reservations department will review all the data on it and will send the confirmation email that you have indicated to us on the reservation. If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours after having made your reservation, please check your "spam".

20. What do I do if I can not locate my driver?
In the unlikely event that you can not locate your driver in
the arrivals hall, call us to our 24 hours  phone(indicated in your booking confirmation) and we will help immediately.

21. How I can leave a comment or a suggestion?
